Check-in lento e inefficiente (senza nessuna informazione fornita dal personale): prenotato il transfer per l'aeroporto e la breakfast box per il giorno dopo, la persona al desk ci ha chiesto maleducatamente e sarcasticamente se avevamo altre domande da fare! Il giorno del check-out non c'era né la scatola della colazione e nemmeno nessuno a cui lasciare le chiavi. Abbiamo chiesto all'addetto della sicurezza di chiamare qualcuno e non ha mandato nessuno.
